At LuxeLite, we stand behind the quality of our DIY Permanent Lighting Kits. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and uninstalled
• All components must be included
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Because our kits contain electrical components, products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Installed or partially installed lighting systems
• Custom-cut or special-order products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
